Alcohol check
All our drivers need to pass the alcohol test before and after their drive to make sure no alcohol inside their body.Even though our drivers are not coming back to office for the alcohol test during the middle of the trip, they still need to take the alcohol test by their mobile alcohol checking machine and report to office.
SAS inspection
Sleep Apnea Syndrome (SAS) is checked regularly to make sure our drivers are driving under their best health situation.
Safety Seminar
Drivers must attend safety seminar annually. We will do analysis on drivers' driving behavior and invite professionals to hold the discussion on the ways to improve the driving technique.
Inspection
Professional outside the company will visit our office annually to check our operation management, bus situation, drivers router, etc. This is to make sure we are providing the service under the standard regulations.
Accident Manual
We will do simulation on accidents to train up our drivers to response quickly and exactly under different situations.
Education for operation manager
In order to manage our drivers' roster, health situation and master road conditions, our operation manager will standby to support all the drivers to solve different problems and provide commands.
