After receiving your information, we will provide the quotation based on the requirement.
Reservation and Payment
After confirming the booking, we will send you the invoice for payment settlement. Please settle the deposit/full payment according to the terms and conditions mentioned on the invoice.
Meeting (if necessary)
We could provide extra service like itinerary confirmation meeting or pre-trip before the tour if necessary.
We will have final confirmation 2-5 days before the trip. If driver's information is necessary, we will inform the details 1 day before the trip.

RequoteIn case there is any change on your itinerary, please let us know and we will give you a new quotation according to the changed schedule. After we sent out the invoice, the reservation is confirmed. If you need to change the schedule after we issued the invoice, please contact us as early as possible for further arrangement.
Schedule confirmationWe will help to check the feasibility of the schedule before the trip.
Vancacy of busPlease try to confirm the reservation as soon as possible after we provide the quotation. The bus will not be hold until the reservation is confirmed and invoice being issued.
CancellationFor cancellation, please kindly refer to the terms and conditions on the invoice we send to you after reservation confirmation.
